在補教業已經有十多年的資歷了,但從未厭倦過,喜歡孩子的單純,喜歡孩子的天真以及爽朗的笑聲,和孩子們在一起,自己就像是個大朋友一樣仿佛回到童年般那樣的快樂,常常和孩子們一起探索各方面的新知,教育孩子們主動學習並且用以身作則的方式來帶領孩子們前進。無畏大環境的改變,仍然堅持以小班制教學,只希望每位孩子都能享有完善的照顧及充沛的學習資源,讓孩子們能在良好的環境下提升最大的學習效率。我堅持以讚美聲取代責罵聲,讓孩子在自信中成長,在多元豐富的課程裡找到自我的興趣,期許每位孩子們都能有個快樂的童年。

班主任 – 徐威

徐威數學,數學是一個需要長時間學習累積的科目,如果當下課程有不清楚,往往會影響到往後國中、高中的學習,也讓孩子從小就畏懼此科目。

我們老師的專業在各大補習班多年教學,成效是有目共睹的。我們很堅持每位老師的上課方式、考試練習、課後輔導、延伸演練,四大步驟。

  • 上課方式 (生活化教學):把數學較難理解的觀念,用有趣的平常故事方式呈現,讓學生能快速吸收。
  • 考試練習 (找出病因):考試不是為了用分數去評斷學生,而是老師藉由錯誤的題目去了解學生的盲點,並加以根治。
  • 課後輔導 (追蹤錯誤):確實掌握學生學習狀況,務必解決問題的地方。
  • 延伸演練 (參與競賽):本團隊針對國內熱門的數學考試,編製了許多課程,並會融入在課堂中,讓學生增廣見聞。

很喜歡在充滿孩子的環境工作,看著他們的成長是最令人開心且滿足的事。
很感謝能夠進入艾莉娜文教這個大家庭,在這裡我看見了孩子的自發性,每個孩子都很積極主動。這裡也不像一般的補教機構,不會只有單純的授課,能與孩子進行交流使他們在課業之餘能夠開心成長,是我覺得更難得的事,歡迎大家一起加入這個溫馨的大家庭!

美語教學組長 – 陳紀潔 (Jessica)

Hello! I’m Jessica.
I love English as much as I love children.

孩子的天真與無暇是最浪漫的,跟孩子們相處在一起讓人充滿活力!
教導孩子學習美語的過程中更是具有挑戰性,常常激發我想出更能讓學生們記憶最深或是學習吸收更好的教學方式,學習美語並非如此煩悶而是有趣的。
課堂中常利用搶答或是團康遊戲,讓學生們更加願意開口說美語,
除了正課之餘會刻意用美語與孩子們對話,讓他們知道「語言」是生活的一部分。常常鼓勵學生們利用自然發音背誦單字,並針對不同性格的孩子,與美語學習方面較弱的部分,給予適當的鼓勵與學習方法,幫助他們在學習的過程中找到學美語的快樂。語言是種工具,你會如何善加利用此項工具呢?
多會一種語言,視野將會看得更加廣闊!
學習並不可怕,可怕的是放棄學習,失去學習的熱忱!

外師 – Nabil

My name is Mr. Nabil and I will be the English teacher for your kids.

I am very excited to be working in ALINA SCHOOL and to make the kids the best students they can be.

I am very confident that we will have a fun and successful learning time.

A little about my self, I am from Peterborough, England and I have been living and working in Taiwan for three years. I have years of experience working with kids ranging from infants to teens. I have passion for traveling and teaching and I feel lucky to be able to explore both of these passions.

It’s been a pleasure getting to know the students these past few weeks, they are lovely and smart group of students. They are learning very quickly and I have seen them improve their English already in my short time in here.

I will work hard to make sure all my students do their best and develop the skills and have passion for learning in a fun atmosphere and safe environment so that they can get the most out of their ALINA SCHOOL learning experience.

I am extremely excited to be on this journey with your children and look forward to have a great time with them.

外師 – Robert

My name is Mr. Robert.

I have several years of experience teaching ESL (English Second language). I’ve previously worked in many schools in Taiwan. I love enriching students’ lives by teaching them English. I help students by creating lesson plans/speaking exercises/ scaffolding/ creating games. I can also teach science subjects. My teaching style is patient and caring/focus on pronunciation/ providing good guidance.

外師 – Alex

My name is Alex B Abushaaban, and I will be your child’s English teacher this semester. Allow me to give a brief synopsis of my background in the instance we have yet to meet.

As a child, I spent my youth growing up in the greater Los Angeles area. As an adult, I was formally educated at UCLA University of California – Los Angeles. For the past 9 years I have been teaching ESL in different countries (Dubai – Malaysia – China). Three of those nine years have been teaching in Taiwan in a different type of schools .

I consider myself a fair but firm instructor, we have fun when appropriate, but my focus is always on furthering the student’s comprehension and aptitude of the English language. I am approachable and easy to communicate with, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the progress of your child.

Lastly, I often make suggestions on my CC comments on activities that can be done outside of the English learning environment to further the student’s English proficiency. I believe the students and I are going to have a great semester and I look forward to the progress we will all make together.
